Employees are always friendly. The only thing I’d complain about is pricing. Many things I don’t purchase there due to higher prices. I understand why they are higher if they are Hyundai brand specific parts, etc.

After several attempts to book my appointment with the Hyundai service dept and getting a message that no one was available at the time of the call, I called the Nissan side of the dealership and service representative Dustin Grimando not only apologized for my frustration he set me up with an appointment and personally handled my service when I brought my SUV in for the service. I was impressed with the dealership and how when I called their Nissan service department I was not referred back to Hyundai instead Mr Grimando set me up with an appointment.

"Nice staff, steep cost"
Performed diagnostics on my car, got it done in a day. They said 2 coil packs were bad, and requested $420 to fix $30 worth of parts that required a single 10mm wrench, 15 minutes, and 6 bolts. Thanks for your service but your asking too much. Your staff was polite and friendly in the process. Megan was very efficient and helpful.
