The issues I had with my car repair have been more than addressed in a satisfactory manner. Hank and his team worked hard to address my concerns and they did a great job fixing my car as well as the minor issues that came up after I picked it up.
It makes me think of what my Dad used to say.... "You can't judge a business if they make an error because we all make errors sometimes. The real measure of a good companyy is how those errors are fixed"
They went over and above ensuring that I was satisfied with their work and that all my issues were addressed to my satisfaction.
This kind of service is rare! I'll definitely be back when I need service or repairs on my cars
