The reason for the excess trips being the customer did not have a wheel lock key and we informed him when we checked the air conditioning that there was likely a leak and we saw no dye in the air conditioning system. I also advised the customer to bring the vehicle back so we could check for dye and potentially repair any leak that was found because they are not always immediately visible.
