I called Aaron up requesting a quote to change an oil pan gasket on my Chevy s10 since it was leaking oil from the oil pan! He said bring it in and let me check it! He called me to let me know that it was leaking from the oil pan and it would be 2300 to change the gasket. I of course said no way I’m paying 2300 to fix the oil leak so I went to pick up my truck and to my surprise he charged me 173.50 to check for the oil leak that I already knew was leaking from the oil pan!!! So instead of just telling me over the phone that it would cost 2300 to change the gasket knowing that I would probably not pay that much he figured he would gouge me for 173.50 for an “hour” to tell me what I already knew thus the request for a quote for an oil pan gasket change!! Bad business I won’t be going back!

When a vehicle has a suspected oil leak, our technicians must perform a inspection to verify the exact source of the leak before we can guarantee or perform a major repair like an oil pan gasket. This takes time, expense, and resources. We appologize for any misunderstanding regarding our standard diagnostic process and the costs before you brought the truck in.
