Diane said they were quick and they seemed to be honest. The girl she dealt with was pleasant and she explained everything. The service cost a lot of money. The service went from just being an inspection to costing her $800. She said she has some questions she is going to bring up with them about some work done last year at another business, but she chose not to elaborate.
