Unsatisfied Long Time Customer.
I’ve been using K&K for the last 6 or 7 years on several of my vehicles, and have recommended them to others, but for some reason when they worked on my wife’s GMC Acadia the service went way downhill. Brought it in for a.c. repair, front light replacement, oil leaks and a oil change. None of that got done on the first visit, and had to return it twice after a bunch of excuses and dialogue on why things couldn’t get fixed properly, and hands being too large to fix things won’t cut it. I’m sadly disappointed with the service received, and to have them ask for more money after spending nearly $900 and a big hassle was the kicker.

When the vehicle was brought in it had a power steering noise and no a/c. Power steering requires replacing the pump but you did'nt want to fix that repair because of the cost you wanted to fix the a/c instead. When we started working on the a/c repair we found that someone put stop leak in the system which automatically bumped the price up because the a/c parts were clogged from the stop leak. We did change the oil but forgot to bill you for it on the original bill and told you we would bill you the next time the vehicle was brought in. As far as the light bulbs the book says you have to pull the bumper cover off and remove the headlight assemblies to get to the bulbs usually a body shop would do this repair but i went ahead and attempted it with out removing everything the book called for and could'nt get my hand in there.

Skilled and honest
We have been bringing our family cars to K & K for over 25 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of service and costs. Have referred Ken and his team many times over the years and those folks are now regular customers. One of my best friends now uses K & K to service his five vehicles in his small business fleet.

Excellent service as usual.
Called on a Thursday afternoon regarding a brake issue and oil change for our Jeep, figuring it would be the following week before they could look at it. Problem solved by the end of next day! Not to mention the free replacement of a brake line that started leaking after it was detached from the caliper by the investigating mechanic. Seems like Kenny's crew is always saving me money and time.
