Mr. Edozie i reviewed your comment and looked at your purchase contract . I found Layne my service writer to be correct in saying your rotate and next service would be at your expense, as you didn't purchase a service contract threw us. maintenance is not covered on the 2018 Accent
Loaner car would have been appreciated, since they had my car for 48 hours.
At least an interior vacuum would’ve been nice as part of the oil change service. Even Jiffy Lube provides that extra service.
I reviewed your complaint about the "weird feel" of your car after the powersteering update and that is actually how its supposed to be as Hyundai reprogrammed the powersteering motor to have more power and a lighter feel. As for the time it took to complete im not sure if the service writer fully explained what was being done to your car but your timeframe was spot on for the amount of work performed.
