Verified CustomerLet me be very clear about a few things. 1, your wife was not treated in ANY WAY wrong, and I have our conversation on video. 2, she, her or woman had nothing to do with a failed inspection and no other woman or women gets treated any diffrent than a man here at my shop. 3 it is required by state law for that vehicle to come in the building and go UP on the lift for inspection. 4, as we know, you do your own repairs, which is why we provided a quote with the part numbers you needed. The upper left control arm bushing are shot, hence why your TIRE IS EATING AWAY and that IS WHY IT FAILED!!! For you to get pissy, over a failed inspection, a verbal one at that, shows your real character. I dont know if its the booze, or if you were just having a bad day, but this was uncalled for and I think you need a attitude adjustment. I dont appreciate it, and I dont appreciate you saying the things you did. I personally wouldnt let my wife drive around with a unsafe vehicle, you shoudnt either. You have a great day.
You guys did the typical chauvinistic thing for women. You HAD to find something during a routine inspection. So up on the lift it goes. Then fail the inspection rather than detail a needed repair that wouldn't fail an inspection. Then hand her a bill for $580.
I usually go to inspection and never had any issues. The FIRST time she goes AND she gets the "Woman treatment"?
You guys been doing my inspections for years. And Chris knows I do my OWN repairs. As I will do this time out of general.principle. I DO NOT appreciate the way she was treated. Why the sudden change? Just bc she's a woman?
