Sue said she made an appointment with this business and when she arrived it was not in their calendar. They did accept her anyways. The owner walked by her and did not acknowledge her. The mechanic who took her vehicle for the inspection did not acknowledge her or let her know her vehicle was ready. She did not receive good customer service. She would not recommend them for service based on her experience.
