Tawnie said she liked that this business was the cheapest place out of all the ones she looked at. Her vehicle didn't even look like it had been hit. It looked like it just came off the lot and it looked awesome. She didn't know that they were going to vacuum her vehicle but they did and she thought that was nice of them. She mentioned the personnel were the nicest people and very helpful. They got her vehicle back in a nice time frame even after finding additional damage. They didn't even charge her for the additional repairs they performed. She felt this business didn't take advantage of her. They were very nice and polite when they called to update her on the repairs. They did not perform any work without calling her first and asking her permission.
