Honesty is the best policy
I first went to Kempsville Auto in 2019. I have never had to take my car back for the same problem. I have been fortunate that I have not had a lot of car issues so I did not go often. A mechanic in Portsmouth was recommended for a small issue and I did go. Good place and honest but the trip to Portsmouth was too much. I have since decided to go back to KACC and stay there for all my future needs. I do recommend these auto repair without hesitation. I have never doubted their honesty and that is the best part!!!!
