Timely, courteous, and professional service on my Hyundai Elantra. A little more expensive than anticipated, but, it was not just a generic "10 minute" oil change. Will definitely be back to have Elantra serviced again.

2016 Genesis Drive Shaft Warranty work
My 2016 Genesis developed a flutter noise during acceleration or deceleration between 25 and 35 mph. Initially, Ganley Hyundai thought it was my tires and alignment. Following replacement of 2 tires and alignment, the noise still remained. After research on the Genesis Owner's Forum, the drive shaft became the suspect. Ganley replaced the shaft under warranty, and the noise has abated. Each time in the shop, Ganley provided a loaner vehicle and quick service.

Oil Change
My oil change at Ken Ganley Hyundai Norwalk went well - I was 15 minutes early and they took my car right in. Within 30 minutes they advised me of the status and I was out of there within a total of 45 minutes. Good service and very polite and courteous to customers.
