Scheduling the appointment online was incredibly easy. I dropped off my vehicle the night before, and the next morning Spencer contacted me about the service. He was very polite, professional, and clear with communication.
I didn’t have any in‑person interaction (not by choice), but the after‑hours pickup option was extremely convenient. Hats off to the team at Kenwood Tire — the customer service is truly excellent.
