"Unauthorized Repair"
We had the vehicle towed for a water pump concern. The driver's side door latch was broken from the inside, however we were not concerned about that. The offer was extended to make that repair, and I advised Jason that if it's cheap enough, then maybe it would be helpful, however if not, I'd rather not since my brother offered to make the repair when it gets warmer. No price was ever quoted, nor was any effort made to quote a price. The repair was made anyhow without my consent or knowledge, and we were charged $160 for the repair. Jason offered to take $20 off the repair when I noted that it was not an authorized repair, to which I declined since it was not satisfactory. He then became belligerent and said he can take the handle off completely. After clearly being upset with him, he took off from the repair $55. I'm not sure what I'm more upset by, the unauthorized repair, or Jason's attitude towards me for his error.

"Awesome Shop, Awesome people"
Been going here for year's now! They have Always taken great care of my vehicles. Specially Right now. My truck died and They worked hard to figure out what caused it. Thanks to them, I have my truck back up and running again. And since they where Fair, I had them throw some new tires on the back :-)
