"Trust them completely!!"
I live in Adrian, MI now and I still go to Toledo for my doctors. I took my car to Kevin's on a day that I had a doctor's appointment for an oil change and get the car ready for winter. Kevin told me my tires were splitting and my front brakes were down to about 10%. Had I taken my car someone else, I would have felt like they were trying to get extra money from me. I TRUST what Kevin and Derrick tell me about my car! As long as I continue to go to Toledo for the doctor I will continue to go to Kevin's!!

Keely said although she called this business prior to service and received a quote, she was not happy about the way the situation was handled. Her vehicle had to be towed to this business, which was less expensive then going to the repair facility that she normally takes her vehicle to for service. Once her vehicle arrived at this business she was telephoned and told that she would also need a test to assure that the problem is what they had quoted her for. There was a possibility that the part would not work and if the problem wasn't what she had inquired about and she would eat the cost of the part. She could have been informed of that before having her towed to this business. Nonetheless, the job was done at this business and the work was done well. She recommends this business for service if they get the full details prior to having the work done.
