I am satisfied with everything when I come in for my car to be serviced. Atmosphere, cleanliness of both rest room and waiting areas are pleasing and the staff both the service area gentlemen and the girl who takes the payment.

"helped in a jam"
The Hyundai service department was awesome. It was a weekday and my car was dead due to a short with the overhead light console that I didn't know was draining my battery slowly. I got a tow and they took me right away, addressed the issue, and I was out of there in about 90 mins. I thought I was headed to a disastrous day of rescheduling meetings, etc., but their prompt attention to my car got me to work before noon.
