"Unbelievable "
I brought in my 2014 Elantra GT for an oil change, alignment, tire rotation, etc. David Michaels the service advisor was great. He explained everything to me and made my first time dealing with a dealership great. Now the service manager Chris and the tech that worked on my car Alex is a different story. I brought my car in with no dents, scratches, etc. After my appointment I left, went home, and had my boyfriend who is also a mechanic check it over to me sure the work was done correctly. Upon inspecting my car there is a HUGE dent that was NOT there prior to this appointment. I call back and let them know that not only do I have this dent but my fluids were not topped off like they told me it was. Once I get there David, and a few other techs look at my dent and tell me that it wasn't them and that they'll review the cameras and call me monday. I didn't get a call monday. My boyfriend went down there and spoke with Chris who told him that they would review the cameras. They call him back within an hr and say "we don't see anything on the cameras so it didn't happen here". The tech took my car for a road test so regardless if it's not on camera I know he did it on the street because once again, I DID NOT HAVE A DENT ON MY CAR!! The service department besides David, is rude and does not hold true to their motto of "dealership for the people". I want my car fixed as I wasnt the one who put a dent in my car. I will NEVER come back here nor refer anyone here for service

"Tucson Rocks"
This was my first big service for my new Hyundai Tucson (woo hoo 15,000 mile checkup). I dropped it off and came back a few hours later and my car was all set and ready to go. The tech called me to advise me of some maintenance things that needed to be taken care of and also to inform me that my recall items were completed. The service department is awesome!!!! See you in about 3,750 miles :)
