Horrible dealership and the nice vehicle does not make up for the empty promises
We expressed our position to the dealership that if they can give us MSRP and we will take the vehicle. The dealership said they can get to MSRP if we take a higher interest rate loan. We agreed, signed and close the deal. We thought we got MSRP but they never showed the actual window sticker price. We later found out there is a $2000 markup on top of the sticker price. That's not what we agreed on verbally. If you can't offer MSRP, we understand and we don't want to waste your time.
