Kevin said he took his vehicle in on Tuesday. They said it would be ready on Thursday. They hadn't started on it Wednesday. It was ready Friday. They never called to let him know of the delay. His vehicle was delayed because they received the wrong part and had to reorder. Their communication could've been better but he chose not to elaborate.

Roger said it took this business a long time to finish the repairs on his vehicle but other than that the staff did a very good job. His vehicle took almost a month to be finished but the business never gave him a promise date. The staff at this business are nice people and he appreciates the work that was performed on his vehicle.

Richard said the business contacted him once to let him know that his vehicle was ready. He said it was not an issue that they did not contact him during the repairs because they did not have the vehicle for very long. This business did a very good job, but they're a little restrictive. He said they would not let him use a credit card to pay, which was inconvenient for him. He said when he picked his vehicle up it was cleaner than it was when he dropped it off.

Spoke with Mike. He said the service this business provided was good but not perfect. Once the business started repairing the vehicle, they found additional damage that needed to be fixed so the vehicle was ready a day later than the promised date.

Brandon said he was satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the speed of the job. The only problem was the price, which was a little bit high, but he understands. He said they were very friendly to him when he first arrived. With regards to the cleanliness of his vehicle, he said they did a very good job. They kept him adequately informed every step of the way. They were quick with the communication and right on point. He said he chose this business because it is a mile away from him but also because his father in law goes to this business.

Lynne said she noticed paint bubbles around the trunk area and it is also not functioning as she expected. The trunk was taken off a new vehicle and it does not have the option to automatically close and open with the push of a button. She said she wishes she was given an option to have a used part put in and have the same functions. Other than that, she had a pleasant experience.

Kieron said the inside of his vehicle was dusty and the reason he knows this is because he cleans it before he goes in. Mike, the manager was very good and very responsive. Besides the location, this facility is recommended and certified by the dealer.
