Great Car but I’d buy from a different dealer
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It wasn’t a great experience dealing with them. They salesperson told us they could do many things that just weren’t available. We were paying outright for the vehicle and the salesperson told us a cashiers check wasn’t necessary, a personal check would be fine. We went to pick the car up and the finance guy wanted to run a credit check on us before releasing the car to ‘protect’ the dealership?!? How could running a credit check protect them? We ended up paying with our debit card- after having to deal with our bank on a Sunday to increase the debit max limit. After paying with the debit card in full he didn’t want to give us back the form that my husband had signed for the credit report. He kept saying it wasn’t immediate payment but I showed him on my banking app that the money was out of my account and in theirs.
The entire transaction was handled like we were buying a $3,000 used car with no credit instead of a $60k car with cash. No white glove service here. The car is great so far, dealer not so much.

Hi Christine, I'm truly sorry you had a negative experience at our dealership. We will be using your feedback as an opportunity to do some training with the staff.

So you are aware, we are about to undertake a very large construction project that will seperate Genesis into a seperate building, and beautify our Hyundai building. I apologize for it's older, outdated experience ( including our sales tower), but we are taking steps to address it.
