Carlos said he took his vehicle in because it was jerking when he drives it. When he drove off, it started to jerk more than when he first took it in. He drove back and they said he needed a new catalytic converter but they do not work on those. He asked why they charged him $280 to fix his sensor. They said they saw it was needed. He said he did not ask for it to be fixed, he asked for his vehicle to stop jerking. He asked for his money back but they refused. He asked to speak to the boss but they said he was unavailable. The employees were rude to him and no one apologized.
