Don't expect any follow through or call backs

I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have not had any issues until recent months. The Finance department did a great job pushing the extended warranty which I did pay over $3,000 to cover one of the two vehicles. I was okay paying the extra money for the piece of mind I thought would be provided. Unfortunately, the one issue I have encountered on the SUV so far, which is a covered part under my warranty, is not being honored by the service department. I have taken my vehicle in twice now for the same issue, still with no resolution. Instead of doing a warranty on the part, I keep getting the runaround and being told the problem has been fixed by simply adding lube. I am now waiting for appointment # 3. If that isn't annoying enough having to coordinate rides to drop off/pick up, gas and my time, I reviewed the receipt for my first bill which I assumed was all related to the break job I also paid to have done while they had my car, only to find they also charged me for filters I never authorized or even asked to have looked at. I have left messages for both the service manager and GM with no returned callback. They will happily sell you anything you want, but don't expect any extended warranties to be honored here. And since service advisors work off commission, make sure to thoroughly review your bill for any unauthorized charges. Very disappointing how much this dealership changed for the worse!
