Worst service from Koons Hyundai Woodbridge. I have serviced my different Hyundai cars from different Hyundai Dealerships in last 20 years. Among them Koons Woodbridge Hyundai Service is the worst ever. Service Advisor Robert Castro and his manager is greedy and every visits their main purpose is to make money from the customers without giving any related service. They force to repair this and that although i don't need it. Even if I need it I told them I will do it somewhere else where it is cheaper. They force me to do it from them. Yesterday I took my car to them ( I promise this is my last visit ) since my car shakes when it shifts from 1st to 2nd to 3rd gear. after almost 6 hours waiting they told me they didn't find anything wrong and charged me $185.00 without doing anything. Also told me try by changing transmission fluid first and pay $525, secondly change brake fluid for $300, thirdly change something (which I can not remember) for $800+.
They are greedy and dishonest.
