The complete Kunes Country Ford in Sterling, Illinois was the unfortunate stereotypical car salesmen experience. From the group of salesmen waiting to pounce at the entrance during the, "big sale", to the piranha behavior of using dirty sale tactics on inexperienced buyers, and trying to convince someone they can afford more of a payment than what was stated... While completely going off course from the vehicle buyer was interested in. There are at least a couple salesmen there that are EXTREMELY shady and should be VERY ashamed of themselves. But that would require a conscience, that is obviously lacking. Only the ones prepared with shark repellant, and a good knowledge of what you're looking for should use this dealership. They are ones to be EXTREMELY careful of. I will be spreading the word.... Caveat emptor indeed.
