I will never go to another mechanic shop.
L&r owner Brad Sutherland is extremely rare as one of today's business owners.. in the years that I have been going to him I have never felt cheated or taken advantage of... on the contrary he has always been up front and straightforward with me in the repairs that I've had done with my cars.. I really appreciate his head mechanic Matt ... he's always friendly and very knowledgeable...I have no hesitations referring family and friends to L&R..

Facility is in great location for me. Prices a bit high, but alway get top notch service. So far, happy with service. AAA 10% discount advertised on line not given, but since their workmanship is excellent, I don’t mind too much( but would be nice).

I have been bringing my vehicle here for a while. Anytime I have a problem or I need something fixed I never feel like they’re trying to overcharge me or tell me that something’s broken when it’s not. Very trustworthy people and excellent service. Safe space.

Get your car back the day they said they would get to it or even a day sooner.
Three times I've brought my car in and wasn't charged. Once they could not reproduce the noise in suspension I heard and to drive it more till happened more often. I was worried it was something major, it was a relief to know it wasn't. The other two time the car was covered under warranty. Which I was not aware that it was still covered and was quite pleased.
