"Automated Blue Link error message"
I was prompted to bring in my Sonata by the Blue Link error message - Victor took care to have the analysis run and found the emission control module that is faulty. It is under warranty - but not in stock - so I am now waiting on his call back to bring it in and have it replaced.

"Your new associate in service area John, was excellent!"
I used to hate coming to get my car serviced. The employees seemed like robots. You could tell they were not happy to be at work. This last visit, was totally different. It was a new service gentleman by the name of John. He was very welcoming, made me feel like he cared about my business and was willing to make sure i felt conformable. I did show my appreciation to the manager, and even the new manager was pleasant, (the last service manager was excellent also). So I give you and your service center a 5 , even though the cashier was the same as previous encounters, (not welcoming), only because of John, he turned my perspective of the service center around. Even after I paid, he walked me to my car. I recommend that your company continues to employee kind people like John or reevaluate the old employee and train them with customer service etiquette. Thank you for taking the time to read and evaluate this survey.

What differentiate your service is your team, I had a great experience with Essex the customer service rep at the service department, he received my car, explain to be the diagnostic and kept calling and following up with me every day and kept me informed on what will be done in my car.

"Great because..."
The new NISSAN Brothers facility is wonderful! It's seating area is spacious with TV, coffee and popcorn.
Victor is a wonderful service leader and has always been the consummate professional! Our car was serviced in the exact amount of time stated and the free car washes were a great benefit and nice surprise.
