Still waiting!!!
My mother bought a new jeep renegade on 3-9-18. She paid cash and added the cost to have a sun roof put in. We were told at the time the car was purchased that we would receive a call in a couple weeks, we could bring the car down, get a loaner and they'd install the sunroof. It is now May 24th and no one has called. I have called and texted numerous times with the person we completed the paper work with and my sister and I have both called the Service Dept and left messages without a call. It is 11 weeks today and still counting. I asked for this issue to be escalated yesterday and still haven't heard anything. We have been more that patient. I would not purchase a car from this dealership given the service we have received. There are soooo many other options out there!!

Ok
Had to replace 4 tires on a 2017 Hyundai, on blew a chord and the other 4 had inappropriate wear. On a vehicle with less then 30,000 miles this should be under warranty. Instead I was charged over $900 to put the same tires on.

A Great service Experience
I drove onto the lot, dropped off my car and was enjoying a plate of eggs at Dinah's 15 minutes later. The service took less time than they told me and the free car wash was handy.
