Worst dealership experience ever
The first month of 2026 Hyundai Pallisade Ownership has been on the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Specifically with this dealership as well. This is what has occurred since I owned the vehicle, approx 45 days:

1. Car in for service due to door rattling and 2 electrical warnings.

2. Car in for service again due to rattling issue not being fixed

3. Car in for service again due to electrical issue on gauge cluster causing a green screen. Rattling issue not fixed. Then dealership had caused major damage to both doors, scratching and denting the interior trim of the vehicle.

4. Car had to go back into service to fix the damage they did, in service, they then dropped the rear view spoiler causing major damage resulting in new parts having to be ordered.

5. Upon this issue, I requested the general manager, Jeff, reach out to me. He failed to call me on two separate occasions at the agreed upon time, then when he did, was majorly unprepared for the call, showing zero empathy or willingness to find a solution. Instead he offered me for the dealership to put me in a new car increasing my monthly payment by an additional $153 per month.

6. Since that, I have messaged the service director who has gone radio silent on me despite having read receipts on her phone.

7. Also found out today that the dealership did not provide the full service record to Hyundai Case Management team and the the multiple service visits.

Worst dealership experience and car is still in service. $60k well spent.
