Exceptional, trustworthy service for everything from routine maintenance to major repairs!
I waited until all the work was completely wrapped up before writing this, and I couldn't be happier with LakeSide Mercedes Repair. Over the course of my visits, they handled full Service A and Service B maintenance—including major items like spark plugs—as well as a full suspension overhaul and alignment.
John, Taylor, Keith and the entire team were professional, incredibly thorough, and completely transparent throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions, double-check every detail, and ensure my car was running safely and smoothly. It is so rare to find a shop with this level of honesty, expertise, and genuine customer care.
