"Honest, Integrity, Kind; ALWAYS takes excellent care of me!!!"
Lancer is, by far, the best in the business. I have never met more kind, compassionate, dedicated, honest, and truly genuine folks the auto-repair biz...especially Justin at the South Salt Lake Location. They remember you, your car issues and are FAIR!! I have been going to them since the late 90's, and, as a single girl, have never felt taken advantage of...or given the run around or such. I have recommended them to many friends, in fact, I was recommended; but I will never go to anywhere else.

Anna said Justin is hospitable and very polite. When she has silly questions that most people would know about, he is so cool about explaining them. He is easy to communicate with. Millie and Ted are the most awesome people. They have provided service for her throughout her whole life. She really appreciated them and she thanked them for everything.

Tom said he brought his vehicle in for what he thought was a problem with his CNG cylinder, but it turned out just to be a fluke. They tested it and everything was fine. He appreciated that. They could have said there was a problem and ripped him off. Instead, they explained what happened and how to avoid it.

My truck broke down at Snowbird. I called them described the problem, they ordered the parts and had them there when my truck arrived on a tow truck, installed the parts and had me on my way within 45 minuets.

"Great as always!"
They were fast and when we needed an extra part they had not mentioned it was given to us at their cost with no mark up because it was unexpected and they didn't have time to tell us about it. We feel they are honest and we know they always do their best to make us happy.
