A fantastic experience
Two thumbs up to Eric, Chris, and Dean! I've had the pleasure to meet and speak with each member of Landes' service team . Not only are they personable and attentive, but also very patient with those of us who may not know a whole lot about our vehicles. Every question is answered. Every issue is addressed. The pricing is very reasonable and all options are explored. I am confident that no matter what problem I encounter with my car, I can go to Landes for excellent service; a smooth and seamless experience with a friendly and very knowledgeable service team. Landes is the first place I recommend to anyone who needs any type of vehicle service. Eric and his team at Landes have certainly set the bar for others in the industry. Ana said Kyle is a very nice salesperson and he treats her well. She is very annoyed and does not like it that the driver's side door does not always unlock and has to open the back door and reach over and lift up the door button. She plans on taking the vehicle back if this continues. Also, the mirror on the driver's side does not work properly and she has to push it with her hand. She's also annoyed at this and they have already told her they will not fix this.

Always willing to work around my schedule. Car is clean when I pick it up and not smelling like the repair shop as it does when I take it elsewhere. Very friendly and accomodating.
