We’ve been long term customers of Lavale automotive, but lately I feel that the services are a bit lacking. We prefer to support small businesses and we find that the prices at Lavale Automotive are very affordable. The staff is very welcoming too, but in the past 2 visits, we’ve had to ask them if they checked the cabin air filter, and in each visit they did not, despite us paying for a 15 point inspection. When having my car serviced, I shouldn’t have to ask if they actually did the services I’m paying for, especially in something that is important as my car. Luckily, it’s something simple that I was able to just go ahead and do myself rather than wait even longer on my car to be serviced. I just shouldn’t have to question if my car had received the full 15 point inspection I paid for.
