Nothing great...
The service department is a revolving door of service advisors. Don’t look to them if you want any kind of consistency in service; which is very concerning to me considering how much we pay to have 2 cars serviced there. I really like the Hyundai brand, but this dealership’s service department does not give me any confidence in their service if they can’t keep their employees. I’ve had 3 advisors in the last 8 months, that’s worrisome.

My brand new car has a major problem
My brand new car with under 10,000 miles which I have owned for less than a year has been in the shop for three weeks. They replaced the part and the next day I broke down on my way to work which was over an hour away from my home.

I can’t really blame the dealership but I have a problem with the Hyundai corporate office with regard to this major recall.

He is a superior service advisor at Lehigh Valley Hyundai - very knowledgeable, competent, courteous; keeps customers informed about the status of their service visit and sets accurate expectations for length of time to complete the service. I always request Tom as my service advisor when my car needs a visit to the service department.

I cannot give a ten to the service as the sticker on my windshield is incorrect again. I do not know if the machine that prints out the sticker has been broken or the input was incorrect. This has been a problem with quite a few of my oil changes. I would attch a picture of the next due sticker but was unable to do that.
