Excellent Service & A Great Car Buying Experience!
I was provided great service by Sales Rep Charles Brucculeri. He was very professional and answered all of my questions throughout the purchasing process. I had some knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing. The only issue that I had was the dealer-added options, which Charles and Fikret gave me a detailed explanation. They were very straightforward and honest. I traded in my 2010 Honda Accord EX-L for a new Hyundai Tucson N-Line! Overall the staff, Sales Rep Charles, and Fikret, the finance manager made the experience great!
