I went to the dealership for a specific car that was advertised and I was approved through cargurus. Everything was fine except for the finalization of the paperwork and the financing. I don't like when they have you sign all the paperwork, and they email you a pdf file, The dealer fees are no fault of the salesperson so I can't hold him accountable for that which added onto the final price of the car which was different than I had been approved for through cargurus. I was pre-approved through my own bank. Yet they ran my credit report through 3 other banks. And didn't finance through the preferred bank that I gave them. 3 Hard Hits on my credit report and my payment was $6.00 higher. In the end, Luis was great communication between departments needs to improve.
