I love how they keep me informed of what needs to be fixed now, what can wait, etc. They communicate well and do things in the time frame they say they will. I feel like my car is in good hands ;-)

I had a sudden problem with my BMW, loss of power and rough running. Took it right in to the shop and Bobby diagnosed it ( by ear and experience ) immediately. I had it back the next morning, purring again. L&W are very knowledgeable & honest. I go to them first because I know I can trust them.

Not a lot of mechanics have the skill to work on my rare car but even if there was I would take my car here. We have used them for years for a Toyota MR2 and Chevy vehicles. They treat me with respect and explain things thoroughly. They don't try to sell me unnecessary work, but call to inform me and get my permission to fix problems they find when working on the cars.

The dealer told me the car needed three services that L&W confirmed as unnecessary, and they found one issue that the dealer didn't report. Overall I walked out paying much less money, but felt much more confident that I paid for what I needed to, and only what I needed to.
