Fast, Responsiveness. Excellent Experience
I recently relocated to the area and was not familar with any service stafions nearby. Truck was brought in early on a Saturday due to transmission slipping after having it returned from a local Chevy dealer for transmission issues (yes they were contacted about their misdiagnosis) They were kind enough to return me to my residence. Recieved a call Monday midday with the unfortunate diagnosis that the truck required a transmission replacement. Once work was authorized, they ordered a new one and had it replaced by Thursday evening and ready to pick up. Truck runs amazing with no issues. Level of service and communication throughout was top notch. Would recommend Rob and the team for any/all repair work.
