"Outstanding"
The service that I was given while having work done on my car was above anything expected. My car had to be kept overnight and when it was ready Orlando made a special trip to take me to my bank in order to get the money for the repair. Then he brought me back home here in south Tampa, when the final work was completed arrangements were made and AAA towing then delivered it to my front door. I have never been disappointed with the service from Lou’s and the courtesy they give me. I had moved to South Tampa and even tho it’s a little drive for me I will continue to go there for maintenance. I have also recommended Lou’s to other single women friends.

"Good honest people."
They know my van and my needs by now. They will never to pressure to sell me something if I say I can't afford it at time. They will be honest about why it needs to be done and if it can wait a short while.. I feel they trust me that if it is an important thing I will be in as soon as I can to address issue. I trust their answers. I trust the quality of work.

"Prompt care of work that needed to be done and friendliness of the staff."
I always get an appointment when I call and as soon as I arrive my car is taken back for service. I have to wait and they l eat me know that they are working on it . Everyone there is pleasant and they also check to see if there are future services that I may have to have done and what the costs will be. I am always looking for preventative maintenance.
