Hey Zach. Im glad the repair was sucessfull. Sorry you had to put air in your tires after you left here. Like you said It is all about the small things. We are constintly growing and changing the way we do things to be the best. I will definatly bring this to the staffs attention. We do have a free air hose here if needed in the future. We do a free multi point inspection with every oil change unless a customer requests no inspection. In your case you had a concern with your parking brake stuck on. So we only advised on your brakes, which is what you came in for, and we had noted them being low on your last visit oil change service. The tires we had advised to you just because we had to remove them to inspect the brakes. As for the cost we are competitivly priced with shops in the area. Thank you for the oppertunity to serve you.
