I took my vehicle to this place back in 2021 SEVERAL TIMES for different issues.
Spent nearly $10k WITHIN ABOUT 4 MONTHS of my vehicle being serviced by these individuals!!!!!
My vehicle was running worse than when I first took it there. Every time I would pick it up there was a new issue; would return it the next day and the vehicle would stay 3-4 days at at time, until it got to a point where it was in the shop more than at my house. I hate and regret spending my hard earned money here these folks are crooks (especially the mechanics) the office staff is always nice & courteous but they aren't the ones repairing the vehicles. Eventually after spending all of that time and money my transmission went out and I had to get rid of the vehicle; all of that time and money for nothing; I no longer have the vehicle; I wouldn't recommend you take your vehicle here and I noticed there was another person bringing their vehicle back the next day like me that should have been a sign for me to stop using their services. Lesson learned!!!!

Worst possible option for you to choose
Can I share a horrible experience with y’all!! I hate to bash a local business in semmes but I just want to share my experience.. delete if not allowed
I would highly recommend anyone needing mechanic work to look else where than M&N off Moffett! This entire experience was a nightmare. grab some popcorn let’s chat about it. so I brought my car there in early June to have a new wiring harness installed which also needed to be built. I purchased the part from Jeep tell them what the deal is ask them can they do it. they said yeah it may take an hour tops. Well five days go by and still nothing. At first I was understanding bc they kept saying how their mechanic quit and they had to hire a new one. that’s all fine and dandy. Well two days after they hired a new mechanic and telling me they were going to get to it first still no call. I called everyday to check and see the progress on the one hour job. It then turns into the alternator is bad too because the plug is bent for the wiring harness. I found that odd because it was just replaced not even 6 months ago and had a warranty not to mention my neighbor tested it two days before I brought it there with a code reader to make sure it really was the wiring harness. so I go pick the part up bring it to o reillys and have them test it because there is no bend in the prongs or anything in the alternator like they said and it’s identical to the new part just had some dust on it. So even though my gut is telling me they are lying I again just let it slide because it’s almost been two weeks at this point and I need my car. So I go pick it up and later that day I notice a pretty big scrape on my tent on my window on the passenger and driver side. I called to let them know and they said they didn’t do it and took pictures before it got there so I said okay would you mind sending it to me because I have pictures from a week before my car broke down and it wasn’t like that. They told me they can’t give me the pictures now and it wasn’t of the window even though the day before she did. So they tell me to come up there just to try and tell me they didn’t do it and still not give me the pictures. so I then start letting them have it after the mechanic who walked off cussing starts having an attitude so do I. I pretty much ended the conversation with so y’all aren’t going to show me the pictures that you told me you had and not accept responsibility. Then i start to ask about the alternator how the prong wasn’t broken or anything and O Reilly said it passed the test as well. The mechanic starts saying how he didn’t want to chance it and that you need a mirror to see inside of the alternator to see the part he was talking about…… just Save your self the headache and the unnecessary bull crap and literally go anywhere else.

Waited a week for an appointment , another for the estimate
Waited a week to get an appointment in, dropped off my vehicle the evening before my appointment. Waited all day for an estimate, finally called myself to learn that everyone had to leave for a Covid test, I understand the severity there; but, no one called me at all to discuss any delay in service. So it took a week to make an appointment, my truck will now have been there a full seven days before they can even give me my initial estimate. I am taking my truck back first thing Monday. They better not complain!! Wednesday was the appointment, it’s now Fri, and they never called me once. The shop is closed on weekends too and they closed early today. I was there at 3 to get it and the shop was locked. I’m done with this shop. They did me well before, but keeping my only means of transportation a full seven days before looking at it is entirely unacceptable, since I already made the wait for the appointment. You guys suck.
We sent the truck in because it wouldn't start even after charging the battery. The starter had to be replaced. The truck has not sounded so good upon starting in a long time.
I was recommended to them by a friend and I have been dealing with M and N every since

Truck Repair
The main word to describe M&N is HONESTY. . The work is always the best, but they repair only what's needed. Customer service is also great. Friendly staff.
