Excellent, courteous service in a clean new facility
This was our 2nd routine service appointment and a carbon copy of the 1st visit. The attention to our concerns was again followed through. Robert, Service Advisor, informed us at checkout that these items were completed as we asked. We could not have been more pleased with our service handled by Robert. This consistency in the quality of service and personnel, coupled with the respect shown for our vehicle is greatly appreciated. The new building and waiting area is super clean, bright and comfortable. Although the exceptional service is why we will continue to return to Mack Grubbs to maintain our Hyundai, the personnel and the newly designed building make it a pleasant experience.
