The guys at Maitland Tire were able to provide service quickly and accurately on my girlfriend's Tesla when i was there. I didn't even wait 5 minutes before they were backing my car in. I brought it in for a tire rotation and to plug one of her tires that had a slow leak. Based on the sensors, it said it was the front left tire, but that tire was actually fine. They didn't just leave it at that. They checked all tires and found it was the rear right tire that had a leak. The tpms sensor was never reset previously and had the tires confused. They fixed that quickly. I told them I was going to bring my own Tesla in for a tire rotation, but I only needed them done side to side because I have staggered tire sizes front to back. Their response was what has just made me a customer for life. They advised me that a rotation wasn't necessary for my car because of the staggered tires. They would do it if I insist, but it'll provide me no benefit and just cost me money. I appreciate that kind of honesty, which was at their financial expense. So I'll always be their customer from now on.
