2 totally different experiances
1 st time there was awesome . That's why I went back when I had an issue with my 2017 sonata . I wasn't treated very nice at all.

My wish
While I have been going to this dealership, I have had great service. My only wish would be that there was Saturday service even if it was limited to oil changes and little things. I have to either go to work late or take the day off for service. Steve is a great service advisor. Please understand that I like Maple Hill just wish there was a way for Saturday service. I know that everyone is busy.

Excellent Service for a difficult problem
Our 2011 Sonata ran into a difficulty with the transmission due to a failure in the cooling system. While it took longer and cost more than we planned the staff at Maple Hill Auto made the experience a very positive one and now our Sonata runs like new. Guess it is ready for the next 100000 miles.
