Kendon said the staff completed the service promptly, once they were able to. The first transmission that came in was cracked, so they had to wait another two weeks to get a new one. Then the next transmission got tipped over in transit, and one of the bolt holes was broken. The staff said they thought it would still work fine, so he went ahead with the service. He is a bit skeptical, but everything seems fine so far. He hopes they will stand by the warranty if there are any problems.

Been going there for years... for a reason!
Great people, knowledgeable crew, timely service, and accurate quotes. You could stop there and know you will be well taken care of! Most times when I get a quote, it comes in under what they originally quoted unless I add something to it or want a more expensive option (which they ask about BEFORE doing). No need to go further... head to Martins and they will get you fixed up!

Michael said he doesn't believe it was the business fault however his vehicle is not driving properly after the service. There is something weird going on when shifting. Quick service and problem solved.
We bought a used truck and started having problems almost immediately. Over the course of 4 months most problems were resolved except one. Why were there problems with certain electrical functions. The shop we had been going to didn't even venture a try to find out. My son recommended Martin's and we dropped the vehicle off and next day problem analyzed and fixed.This is where I be going next time for any servicing.

Competent techs and prompt repairs
The repairs on my work van took far less time to identify and repair than I expected. I received it back in plenty of time to finish my weeks workload. The cost was reasonable.

Honest. Efficient. Fast. Fair. Friendly.
How many people can use the word "great" when describing their auto service company? I sure can! The guys at Martin's help keep my car on the road safely, something difficult for a disabled, low-income senior. No price breaks, but helping prioritize what to fix next, explaining it in a way I can understand - one time they even took a picture of the exhaust pipe so I could see for myself. I've yet to leave their business and 24 hours later be unhappy. They give me a cost estimate as well as a time estimate, since I have to wait there. It's best to make an appointment, they do get busy. They stand behind their work. That they're very friendly is a bonus. If asked to say something bad, I'd be at a loss for words.
