"Professionalism "
1) Had the 14 year old car towed in with what we thought, with lots of problems,
2) Within an hour got a call from Marty “We are checking it out & be calm.
3) Two hours later “The car is OK, we found the problem.
4) The next day we picked up the car with a VERY REASONABLE BILL.

Spoke with Brian. He said he was able to drop off his vehicle for service. The employees did not call him to get his approval for his vehicle's repairs. They repaired his vehicle without his permission.

James , I sorry your experience was not up to our usual 5 star standings. I called & spoke with your partner Brian & he said he would have you call us. We repaired the requested items that you dropped the car off for--(door lock actuator & heater hose that had become disconnected). I'm not sure the communication was completed correctly between the 3 people involved. The car was returned to you with items repaired correctly. Im many cases, we have to disasemble components to located a problem & repair it--(door lock actuator). Yiou would have been charged diagnostic time to disassemble & reassemble the door if you had decided not to repair it. There were no parts involved , only labor. The coolant leak is why the car was towed into our facility orignially , so i don't understand the " lack of approval" to repair it comment applies. Hope we can meet your expectations in the future. Thank you.

"GREAT WORK DONE RIGHT"
WE HAVE HAD MARTY AND HIS MEN WORK ON OUR VAN FOR ABOUT A YEAR OR MORE, AND EVERY TIME IT WAS DONE RIGHT AND THE PROBLEMS
WERE GONE. WHEN WE HAD NEW PROBLEMS MARTY AND HIS MEN FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG FAST AND GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD.
WHAT DO I SAY, MARTY'S IS THE BEST. WE'RE NOT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE. I HAVE TOLD FRIENDS ABOUT MARTY'S AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND
