I apologize that you felt people were unfriendly. I am the Service Advisor that you worked with directly. The other owner is also the head mechanic who's stays very focused on getting the diagnosis and repairs done well. We have been very busy lately and the ower who is usually very friendly was very focused on his work. We apologize if his focus and urgency came across as unfriendly.
