MAS Auto, thanks!
Had AC issues with my Wife’s Toyota. They got us in quickly and had it back out the same day. Quick and thorough. We experienced great customer service as well, with lots of updates. About 3 weeks later we had another issue with the same AC system. Took it back with no appointment at 4:30 on Friday night and they got us in anyway. Found it was something that might have been their mistake (might not have been!). No hesitation, they fixed it at no cost. We could not be happier.

awesome staff!
went for a smog and registration renewal, I was in and out in no time at all... the office treated me like family + I liked the fact that they sent e- mails to let me know they were there for me.

We apologize for the fan not being placed in front of the vehicle, that is not the norm.  Once your repairs are done come on by and we'll re-test the vehicel at no charge.

Frank said the work the staff did was ok but he will never go back there. Everyone was very unfriendly with the exception of the technician he worked with. The owner did not even say hi to him when he walked in. He was uncomfortable there because of the unfriendly atmosphere. The technician he worked with was very good all the way through the process though.

I apologize that you felt people were unfriendly.  I am the Service Advisor that you worked with directly.  The other owner is also the head mechanic who's stays very focused on getting the diagnosis and repairs done well.  We have been very busy lately and the ower who is usually very friendly was very focused on his work. We apologize if his focus and urgency came across as unfriendly.

other issues
043018: after I picked up my truck, the driver side mirror wasn't "working" properly. When the vehicle is put in reverse, the mirrors are supposed to tilt down. I first noticed the driver's side wasn't performing the way it's supposed to. then the passenger side. What happened? I also got another engine light the next day after I picked up my truck. the code this time was P0455 (large emission leak).......
