Kenneth said they had a problem matching the paint and he doesn't understand why because it is their paint. He chose not to elaborate. He said he had to take the vehicle back two times. He said it is somewhat better now, but it still doesn't match. He said his experience was horrible. When he took the vehicle back they kept it for a week and it still didn't look good, so he took it back again and they kept it another week. He said he had a loaner vehicle. They did not tell him how long the work would take. He said they could have treated him better, but he chose not to elaborate. He wouldn't recommend this business based on this experience and he will not purchase another vehicle from them.
