Joesph said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because he does not like the prep work the business did on the vehicle before they painted it. There is a bubble in the paint on the hood and instead of buffing it out the business painted over it. There is also paint on the window because it wasn't masked properly. He was not kept adequately informed because he had to call them most the time regarding the status of his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the business's communication because he felt like they were giving him the run around regarding details about the repair. For these reason he would not recommend this business for service.
