Gene said the work he came in for was good, but there were other things wrong with the vehicle when it was returned. The check engine light was on, the interior vinyl on the door panel wasn't cleaned, and there was a hole in the front bumper. He never went back about the hole, but he was not happy. This was the second time he has used this business. He said two or three years ago he was not happy he had to go back so many times, but he decided to give this business a second try. He said he came in to have a new skin put on the front passenger's side door, which cost $2,000 and this business did a good job on that. He had not noticed the hole in the bumper when he returned to have this business fix the chrome that was loose and he didn't notice the hole until three or four days later. He said he couldn't return after that. He tried this business twice, but he would not recommend them to others or return because he has not had good experiences with them.
