Roger said he rated his overall experience with the business a 3, because he was not real satisfied with the level of customer service he received at the business. The quality of the work was good. However they did not keep him updated. When they advised they would communicate with him, they did not communicate with him as promised. Roger stated he felt he expected more from the Cadillac place of business. His repair service was completed 8 days late. The reason for the cause of delay was due to parts and shipping issues. The representatives failed to communicate with him when they knew they were running into a problems with parts and shipping issues. They also did not say anything about the parts and shipping issues until the day his repair service was originally expected to be completed. He wasn't satisfied with the communication with the business, because of the reasons above. He would not recommend the business, because of 1 reason. Roger stated if he didn't feel he was satisfied with the repair service, then he would not recommend the business for repair services either.
