They sucked!
I have been going to the same service department since I bought my Hyundai in 2007. In the beginning the service was great and slowly over the last 3 years is has started to decline. NO ONE smiles, not courteous etc. When I went to pay for the service they put a new employee behind the window with NO training. I felt so sorry for her. She got so frustrated. The previous office person was moved to sales and I asked her what happened and I was told they would not let her train the new employee. They just threw her in there and if she had any questions she was to ask anyone that would be around and of course she was told 3 different ways of how to do things. She probably won't be there long. I know I wouldn't. The younger Mr. Mathews that is taking over the business for his grandfather lacks some people and business skills. Thurman would have never let any of this happen.
