My car was needing an urgent repair and with CarMax being booked so far out and this shop being through repair pal, excepting my warranty through CarMax made life so much easier. William the mechanic is very open and honest, not a flyby night shop will not let you leave if he doesn’t feel like your vehicle is 100% ready for the road. I appreciate his team and him for all of their effort and everything throughout the time that my vehicle was in their Care. They not only went above and beyond, but they even helped me when things got difficult. They are now the only shop that I will use in Washington. As my family is from the East Coast and all of the places we’ve tried over here. We have had very low quality work done but at this shop, you will get top quality the best communication the best service and better yet the best mechanic who’s down to earth and isn’t uptight. They’re definitely not out for your money. They’re out to help do the appropriate repairs in severely timely manners their turnaround time for my vehicle was within two days which would have been one day, but Dodge did not deliver the hardware that was ordered in advance when they were supposed to. So that was not on the shop that was on Dodge, which is the only reason they had my van an additional day otherwise it would have been started and finished within the first day. Better yet within they’re open hours which to me is unbelievable. I was shocked. Definitely will only be coming back here.
